01. How long will it take to receive my order?

All parts of the sauna are already in boxes and ready to be shipped. We typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). We have grown from one warehouse to four, in order for each customer to receive their sauna within 3-10 days. And we have deep partnerships with logistics companies like FedEx and CEVA, so you can ship faster and save more than other brands.

02. What kind of electrical source will I need and what size fuse?

Our 1-person and 2-person indoor saunas operate on a standard US 110V/15A power supply, ensuring effortless compatibility with any household outlet. The included 3-meter (10 ft) power cord provides flexible placement while maintaining convenience. For our premium 3-person and 4-person outdoor saunas, we've engineered a 110V/20A/NEMA 5-20P system—designed for safe, stable operation within standard 110V-120V circuits.

03. Does it come fully assembled? If not, what will I be responsible for?

The frame of the sauna is divided into 6 wooden boards assembled, respectively front and back, left and right, top and bottom boards, motor equipment and carbon heating panels and glass are installed on the boards. You just need to put all the boards together in the order according to the instructions and plug in the circuit connectors between the boards. According to honest feedback from customers, they will be installed in 20-30 minutes.

04. Hemlock, Basswood, Fir, Mahogany, Red Cedar, which sauna is better for me?

When you are shopping for an outdoor sauna, you will find that we have 4 types of wood: Fir, Basswood, Mahogany and Red cedar. If we rank them in order of durability, the results are as follows: Red cedar = Mahogany > Basswood > Fir. Of course, all saunas are sturdy and can withstand heavy storms and snow directly. Basswood, Mahogany and red cedar are better suited to withstand heat and moisture without warping or cracking.

05. What health benefits can an infrared sauna provide?

Infrared saunas may help with detoxification, improved circulation, muscle recovery, stress relief, and potential cardiovascular benefits. The gentle heat penetrates deeper than traditional saunas while operating at lower temperatures, making them suitable for longer sessions and people who find traditional saunas too hot.

06. Are far infrared saunas expensive to run?

Far infrared saunas are very energy efficient. Most home units cost only pennies per hour to operate, making them much more economical than traditional steam saunas or hot tubs. The average cost is approximately $0.05-$0.15 per hour depending on your local electricity rates.
